What will be your responsibilities?
- Building and managing relationships with our key clients.
- Identification of new business opportunities, price offer preparation, and deal closure.
- Conducting demo presentations for potential clients.
- Active negotiation, and representation of Auglio at trade fairs.
- In the near future, you can become a sales team leader if you meet the required KPIs.
- Management of our client database in Zoho CRM.
- Reporting to our Chief Commercial Officer.
You are a perfect candidate if:
- You have at least 5 years of proven sales experience. We are looking for a senior professional who can meet the needs of the most demanding clients.
- You have previous experience as a team leader (or ambition to become one). We are seeking a talented individual who can deliver the best team results.
- You have excellent communication skills. Negotiation and relationship building are the bread and butter of this position.
- You have a drive for results and you are ready to present them to the management.
- You are motivated by commissions. We value skilled professionals and we reward high performance accordingly. Our commissions have no cap – the better you are, the more you earn.
